If Trump is convicted, this sets the precedent that any legal challenge to an election will be considered a crime. Finally, fraud is the attempt to take something tangible by illegal means, as has been settled in Supreme Court case history, which there is no evidence that he did anything illegal.
2ºWe are not being given any good choices in this election. This is not just about your personal needs. A country is only as strong as it’s people. We have bad foreign actors and individuals within our own country who seek to divide us. The enemy wants to pit us against each other so they can tear us down, swoop in and conquer us (Russia, China, Iran). These two front contenders are old and will not last long. For the love of God, search your heart and conscience and vote for a leader who will unite, not divide, someone who wants to be president for our entire nation, someone who has compassion and empathy. A true leader would put the needs of many before the needs of the one. Ask yourself which individual is truly reflective of these traits.

This indictment should have never been brought to a grand jury in the first place. But can a US President or an ordinary citizen pardon them-selves if indictment charges are brought against them? No because no one is above the law and when Richard Nixon was US President serious indictment charges were brought against him during his term in the White House over the Watergate scandal and the Nixon Tapes.
