As the continuous actions of prosecutors and judges show us, something called in our glorious Constitution is now out of circulation and I quote: “The First Amendment elevates core political speech above all other forms of individual expression by prohibiting laws that regulate it unless the laws are narrowly tailored to serve a compelling state interest.”
It seems we have to throw away all these Constitutional rights based on the actions of the Biden Harris Administration.
It is clear that the political and legal systems would face an extraordinary test, given that the leading candidate for the Republican nomination is being prosecuted by the Justice Department of his potential Democratic rival in November 2024.
