The overall survey found that Americans view economic issues as some of the most “pressing problems” of the day. Overall, nearly half, 49 percent, of Americans view inflation as the most important issue facing the country. Further, nearly three-quarters of Americans, 73 percent, say the economy is worse off now than it was five years ago, under Trump’s leadership. A majority, 64 percent, also believe the economy is worse off than it was in 2020, when the coronavirus took a grip, forcing businesses to close.
“About two in five of Americans say they feel worse off from five years ago generally (38%) and a similar number say they feel worse off compared to 2020 (37%),” according to Ipsos, which also found that 56 percent do not believe Biden is doing enough to invest in the economy.

8ºBiden has banned Uranium mining in the area of the Grand Canyon. We import well over 90% of our uranium from Russia and Kazakstan. Uranium is essential for nuclear power plants and nuclear submarines, medical radiation machines among other things. Lithium is critical for EV batteries. Mining lithium in the US is in jeopardy as well. We import a lot of lithium from Chile, Argentina and China. Cobalt is also essential for the production of EV batteries. China controls the cobalt mines in the Congo where cheap labor is routinely abused in the process of cobalt mining.
There is more to the story of going green that the Biden administration does not want you to know. There is a political cost of the US being even more dependent on other countries and the humanitarian cost of those who are abused as they work in the mines in countries where environmental regulations in mining are non existent.
