Mothers who followed the Mediterranean diet while pregnant improved their children’s cognitive, social and emotional development at age 2 compared with children whose mothers did not follow the diet, according to a new randomized clinical trial.

What if the mother cannot afford that high falutin' Meditteranian diet, the child's development results in less? Handed-me-down knowledge about infanticipating process told me to take in more yellow fruits (ex. egg fruit) and veggies like squash and sweet potatoes to ensure the good vision of the child, seafoods esp shells (mussels, etc.) for the healthy growth of the child's hair and eggs, nuts and beans that helps the cognitive ability as they are considered brain food, green veggies and citrus for good pulmonary health and strong immunity and to avoid smoking or drinking that can affect the child's future health. All of my products are big, brawny ones. At least smart. But very skillful, physically adept. Very reliable in all kinds of handiwork. The ones that I cannot tackle most.
