As the article you linked describes, gender affirming care at that age consists of social measures like using the name the child chooses and wearing clothes that make them comfortable. Maybe no one is answering your question because they don’t want to validate your uninformed perception of gender affirming care. But to answer, no, I do not support surgically removing the genitals of a 6 year old who questions their gender. It would be medically inappropriate, WHICH IS WHY IT IS NOT DONE.
