I been with rite aid for all my prescriptions for give or take 40 years.. I do not travel much anymore, should say a very long time. When was working on the road,, once or twice I needed my meds while out on the road, went to that local right aid, whom got a hold of my ;local right aid and checked my meds, and doc as needed and I got my meds, yes riteaid does a perty good job, especialy if you travel, work on the road and after that I never really thought about anouther pharmacy,, once thought about wally world but was not sure if they would go tyhe extra mile for me to have my meds.. Very rare I get anything else from rite aid,, lots of stuff they have is perty expensive.. Small pharmacies can be ok if you never plan on traveling,, not sure, no need to now,, Atb the time when I first needed my meds, I though hopefully rite aid can help me,, my worse thought was would I need to go see a doc or go to the hospital so I could get my meds.. But rite aid did it all for me, contacting local pharmacy and all that I delt with at home.. Yes I do wish at times prices would be lower there so it could be more convnient for some things instead of a extra stop.. Some stuff not so bad,, but ifmya travel, you really need to make sure for one reason or anouther that if you need meds refilled and such, you are dealing with a place that has such a good network to help you.. Sad to see they are closing stores,, what if I need to go somewhere, will rite aid be there now ??? what is wally world really like and other pharmacy chains ??? I guess I will need to wing it ??

Jmr Jared they could be a top pharmacy,, having what others do not have that people would want as to qualityand a fair price, but compution is tough and lots can not afford quality and just deal with the junk products., but if the price is fair, and quality makes it cheaper to buy then what seems to take forever, people would spend a little more, but will not if outragous.. Price fopr prescription can have people look also elsewhere. But with me rite aid has been good for me,, but 99.9 percent of the time I only get my scripts filled.

I go there for the pharmacy and while waiting in line I noticed their prices for things were insane. Famine period products were like five dollars more than other stores.

The pharmacy is in back of store and opens way later then the store part. No one goes shopping there except those having to wait for a prescription and those wanting snacks for kids to get them through the church next door.

So my theory is just do the pharmacy and get rid of the rest.

Shopco realized their optical was the only thing keeping them going and did that, too.

As Malcolm X once said, “if you’re not careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people being oppressed, and loving those doing the oppression”. Educate yourself
This is just Israel defending itself !
First bombarding houses full of people, telling people to leave and then targeting em in their cars on the way out, cutting off water, electricity, fuel
Causing a lack of food and medical needs
Bombarding the Rafaa passage and warning anyone who tried to send food and life needs through the passage
Bombarding the UN schools used by homeless Palestinians and thier children
Bombarding a hospital then lie about it and blaming hamas
Bombarding another school
Bombarding a bakery wich making bread for hungry Palestinians including hungry children
Keep bombarding houses every day multiple times
Incapable hospitals a lot of injured people a lot of dead bodies not enough space for them so they are just waiting in ice cream trucks
A lot of bodies under wrecks of bombarded houses the perfect environment for a huge health issues
Every day more than 10 people die every 15 minutes a child dies
More than 50000 pregnant women living through actual hell
Not mentioning the last 75 years of open air prisent + massive massacarses that no one ever talked abt + taking over Palestinian houses + imprisoning and torturing random people + humiliations+ lack of human rights + THE OCCUPATION OF PALESTINE
But hey ! Israel is only defending itself

GIC PUBLIC STATEMENT CONDEMNING THE RECENT HAMAS TERRORIST ATTACKS
October 9, 2023
The Global Imams Council (GIC), headquartered in the Islamic Seminary of Najaf, Iraq, consisting of over 1,470 Muslim Imams and Scholars from all Islamic denominations and sects, condemns in the strongest possible terms the barbaric and terrorist acts committed by Hamas against Jewish, Christian and Muslim civilians in the Jewish State. We express our condolences to the families of the victims and urge the international community, represented by world and faith leaders, to stand with the Jewish people in their struggle against ISIS-like Islamist terrorism carried out by Hamas.

The Global Imams Council has consistently stood against Hamas, its genocidal antisemitism and annihilationist ideology. Today, we stand once again in solidarity with the Jewish nation during this trying time, and make clear our position:

1. The Global Imams Council (GIC), our members, and the 800+ communities led by our Imams worldwide, abide by the Fatwa issued against Hamas by The Islamic Fatwa Council on 9 March, 2023, charging Hamas with corruption and crimes against humanity; forbidding Muslims from supporting, donating to, joining or praying for the terrorist organization. The GIC is proud to have proposed the Fatwa against Hamas to The Islamic Fatwa Council, and contributed to its Resolution Document that outlines the Islamic legal charges against Hamas. Today, in adherence to this Fatwa, Hamas is prohibited from operating and fundraising in the Islamic Seminary, as it had been doing in the past.

2. Our Imams and affiliates are currently the most outspoken Muslim clerics within their societies, and online, in countering Hamas narratives in numerous languages, reaching hundreds of thousands of viewers per day.

3. The GIC has a zero-tolerance policy with regard to Islamism in any of its variations. Any individual, visitor, or worshiper found supporting Hamas in Mosques, Islamic Centers or institutions operating under the framework of The Global Imams Council will be publicly condemned, banned from the venue, and removed in coordination with the local law authorities. Likewise, any member of any GIC congregation found participating in protests/processions/marches supportive of Hamas or its allies – in any way, shape, or form – will be publicly condemned and banned from entering any GIC venue.

4. GIC is continuously in contact with Grand Ayatollahs and Grand Muftis across the Middle East, providing them with credible information regarding Hamas’ terrorism. This ensures that jurists do not issue Fatwas and directives based on false or inaccurate information propagated by networks sympathetic to Hamas.

5. GIC condemns the extremist and violent rhetoric displayed at rallies taking place in Europe, Canada, USA, Australia and elsewhere, where flags of designated terrorist organizations are being raised and accompanied by genocidal chants against the Jewish people.

6. The Global Imams Council’s leadership will begin a series of delegations to Jewish communities, offering our unwavering support in the face of Hamas and its allies.

In 2020, and prior to the Abraham Accords, the GIC was the first Imams Council to adopt the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism, in collaboration with the US State Department’s Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism. We remain committed to combatting all forms of Islamist extremism and terrorism.

1) GIC Governing Board

2) GIC Senior Imams Committee

3) GIC Advisory Committee
