1ºOur hearts ache today, and our eyes tear up for what's happening in Gaza. More than 500 casualties among innocent civilians, people who dreamed of a better tomorrow, gone in the blink of an eye. A place that should be a haven for the sick and wounded, a hospital, has become a space of pain and sorrow. The shock and pain we feel deepen our fear for our families and siblings there. Words won't do justice to what's happening, and our tears won't bring back those we've lost.
Here, we appeal to all free people of the world and conscious hearts, don't stand idly by. The innocent civilians and the impoverished in Gaza need your protection and voice. Let justice and human rights prevail over politics and interests. We pray from our hearts that God protects everyone in Gaza, grants patience to the hearts of those who have lost loved ones, and restores safety and peace to every inch of Palestine.
2ºAnabel Delia Insurance was never affordable. By 2008 more and more employers were offering only low premium plans with high deductibles passing more and more cost of healthcare onto the employee and employees were paying 50% of the cost of their care on top of the money taken out of their paycheck toward their deductibles, copays and out of pocket expenses. Insurance only worked "cheap" for those that may be healthy enough to not have to utilize healthcare much. But we all don't know when and if we'll get sick. I have other stats to to how the cost of healthcare was up double digits year over year and where it would be no if the ACA hadn't cut the rise in costs by half.
Also "writing their own rules" also meant that many insurance plans fell short of actually protecting people from bankruptcy and medical debt because it might have been "cheap" but people were underinsured. Most bankruptcy was caused by medical debt and nearly 70% of them had health insurance.
3ºI know I've had many a disagreement online re this. I know the buying power of our NHS is enormous but the difference in drug costs is ridiculous. One specialist medication I take is over 5k a onth in the US. Even if I paid for it here it would be £103 a month. Plus the care I receive from my GP, Surgery Nurse, Cardio team and Heart Nurse who visits me at home, is the best. We've had adaptations done to our home, all paid for. The NHS isn't perfect but I would do everything in my power to protect it.

However, there is evidence in the field spread across several points in Gaza that matches what was seen in the hospital, and experts confirmed that the bomb was American-made, of the Mk 84 type. The Zionist terrorist uses several types of missiles. There are those that create a hole, and others that burn, tear, and destroy, but do not create a hole in the ground. And they are still bombing innocent people, despite the massacres last night. This means that they who did this are still thirsty for blood, because they are seeking to displace the people of Gaza with weapons and blood. But do not rejoice, for by God, besides whom there is no god, they will never be happy in their lives, whether inside Palestine or outside it. They have become a fragmentation that is abhorred by all free people in the world, and they will live persecuted, afraid, cowardly, hidden like rats in their holes until the Day of Resurrection, God willing.
