There was only 1 difference between the 2 proposals. The Russian proposal said that if a side breaks the cease fire the other side isn't allowed to defend themselves.
Judging by your anti-west sentiment, you're pro Palastinian. So in terms you will understand. If Israel said screw it and attacked the Palastinians would have to take it and not be able to defend themselves or they void the resolution and get no aid.
