Gaza rely on humanitarian help all year round because they have a high poverty level. Hamas considers every boy over the age of 13 a soldier. 6ºSomeone should ask the UNRWA to release its stores. There appears to be enough for people to go in and take stuff on their own initiative. Someone should tell Hamas to stop diverting aid and using UNRWA schools and hospitals as rocket depots, tunneling under schools, dismantling EU water pipes, and stealing food fuel and water from UNRWA depots (UNRWA has accused Hamas of this). Released hostages report(ed) ample supplies of basic items, including even items like feminine hygiene products and shampoo. Why is Hamas denying exit for foreign nationals? Both Israel and Egypt have said they have no problem with foreign nationals exiting? That would help ease the stress. Why is Egypt not allowing Gazans to exit easily across their border with Gaza? Why are Arab countries not sending aid?
