Killing civilians who have NO military affiliation whatsoever IS a criminal act, and that’s what Hamas did.

Yes…Israel has/is hitting civilian areas in Gaza…
1. AFTER it warned civilians to leave
2. AFTER HAMAS has imbedded itself in civilian/protected areas

The law of war is clear. An attacker may attack civilian areas and protected areas (hospitals, mosques, etc) if the enemy uses those areas for military activities AND the attacker warns the civilian population of impending bombardment.

Israel has done BOTH of those things. Therefore they are complying with the law of war…HAMAS is not.
