Notice it says "Deferring". Deferring an existing tax is not the same thing as raising or lowering a tax rate. A deferred tax is one that is put off, and will have to be paid at a future date.
In other words, along with your inability to show any tax increased or decreased by President Biden via an executive order, you also displayed a woefully inadequate level of reading comprehension.
I'm still waiting for you to present objective proof to back up your claim that Joe Biden "passed a ton of them with executive orders His very 1st day of office."

2ºCarter J Nelson I’ve worked both non union and union. I’ll take my minimal Union dues and get my fair pay, excellent medical coverage that only costs $300 a year in policy payments that’s even better than the policies I had at non union jobs that I paid close to $400 a month for, not being laid off at will, guaranteed raises, paid equally as my peers not by favoritism, where seniority counts, job security followed by set rules and fair treatment over a non union job any day. The only people who hate unions are the employers and people never fortunate enough to have a union job.
