Was the jog filmed? At what pace was this man actually moving?  how big are the dogs how well trained are they? Is it possible that one of them is there for medical reasons? 5ºJanine Gwozdz I did read the article, he may have nudged somebody with the cart to try to get them out-of-the-way, I get that it’s not a walker, but he still may need it to exercise, I can go to the gym daily I do see people of various ages in the gym, and at that age, there is a wide range of abilities that people have, his body may have been at his limit, as to what he could handle, nothing that he did warranted being threatened, and assaulted, and at his age, it is very possible that he did not even have the ability to retreat from the situation, and it is very possible that a 40-year-old man would have the ability without a weapon to easily in the life of a 68-year-old man, it is perfectly logical from the perspective of the elderly man to be in fear of his life.
You cannot claim to support somebody’s ability to defend their lifeif you are not willing to look at the perspective of the person being attacked.
