Michael Cohen says he unwittingly sent attorney non-existent case citations generated by AI

In a signed declaration, Cohen said the citations and descriptions he sent to David Schwartz came from Google Bard, an AI chatbot tool that directly competes with ChatGPT.

True. AI makes things up so you have Human-in-the-loop to verify. It works on patterns and logic. You can pattern things that do not exist. In humans, sometimes it leads to something new, and sometimes it is something not possible, but we discern that the AI does not. (why we say it does not think--if AI could think then when it acquired a database it would leave out the FALSE information. It does not. It corrects after a human inputs a correction.) It uses logic. In school you are taught PQ tables in math. True True, True False, False True, False False--- if any part is not true then the whole statement is false in logic. AI sees it as all true if partial. https://sites.millersvill...uth-tables.html
