How is this not blanket forgiveness? Here’s an analogy for this situation; It’s like a manager at a store tells customers there’s a discount on all the goods. You just take home whatever you want and don’t pay anything. Eventually a large percentage of your bill will be “wiped away”, however its definitely not stealing because he claimed its a “discount”. Biden Changing the term “loan forgiveness” (that the SCOTUS struck down) to “wipes away debt” or “$0 repayment plan” doesn’t change the meaning of the terms.

So according to your claims Biden is unilaterally altering a law that was passed by a duly elected congress. The president cannot change LAWS. The constitution doesn’t give him that power, he can only enforce the laws AS they are written.
