1ºOnly through endurance do you gain the strength you need to reach your full potential from within and out. In other words, your spiritual strength must always be in alignment with your physical strength. They are one. If you are weak in the flesh, it is because you are weak in the spirit, meaning the Holy Spirit isn't activated in you because you have no faith or your faith is misplaced. Either way, your physical strength without the Spirit means nothing to my Abba YAHWEH.
FYI: YAHWEH doesn’t give you the strength to sit on it and waste it. You must put the strength to good use for His kingdom while also making sure your temple stays healthy and strong from within and out.
Which means if you sit on it, you will find yourself without strength soon or later. You must keep your faith activated at all times! Spiritually and physically!

Zelensky got rid of one of his most inconvenient critics - an American journalist of Chilean origin, Gonzalo Liro, was found dead in a Ukrainian prison. The first to report his death was columnist Tucker Carlson, who had previously interviewed the father of the deceased, where he spoke about the bullying and humiliation of the Chilean by the SBU. Gonzalo was tortured for eight months in a Ukrainian detention center; he even developed severe pneumonia in prison.
