2ºI still recall the first time I overdrafted. I was experiencing my first Crohn's flare-up and I felt terrible. I had to rush to the bathroom every half an hour, I suffered from intense pain, and the malabsorption impaired my thinking. I finally got a prescription but I forgot to check my account balance before buying it. A few days later, I received the notice, even though I wasn't on an overdraft plan. A few days after that, I learned about my bank's new policy. Overdrafting should not be possible for those who don't opt in for a plan. Alternatively, if it's urgent and you need to overdraft, there should be an option in the app to apply for a single overdraft instead of it being automatic for those who are not on a plan. As a stage prop engineer for major touring artists, I am great with math but sometimes we can even have brain farts, especially with a Crohn's flare-up. However, I need not worry for the next couple of years. Thanks to Taylor Swift, I'm on a very long vacation and still have some cash to spare. Thank you, Taylor!!!
3ºJose Briben not necessarily the customer's fault. I recently had an automatic payment from an insurance company hit my account several times over and it went in to the negative. Lucky for me the bank could see that the payment was doubled each time and wasn't the normal amount not to mention how many times it was trying to charge against my account. Took over a month to correct and my very understanding bank with great customer service didn't charge me one dime of overdraft fees. Needless to say, I canceled that insurance and found another that I pay upfront. I always liked auto pays but this taught me to be careful and cautious.

Then I started digging about 8 years ago and discovered the truth. Don’t listen to mainstream media. Find independent news sources. Study the history of the region. Inform yourself so that you don’t simply respond to people like me with, “No one cares. They’re terrorists”. Americans would never allow foreigners to come in and take our homes and herd all of us into California while keeping the rest of the country for themselves. They would never let those foreigners control their food, water, fuel and internet access. We would rise up and fight back. That is exactly what is happening in Gaza. They are not terrorists. They are freedom fighters. You just believed the lie. There are nearly 12,0000 children dead, many more with limbs lost or brain damage from bombs, and even more still under the rubble, not yet counted. Mothers are writing their children’s names on their limbs and torsos so that someone can find them and bury them properly even after their little bodies are torn asunder. Israel has cut off the water and fuel supply and turned away humanitarian aid at the border. Imagine a school shooter in America using children as his shield. Would you approve of the police shooting your children to get to the shooter? Of course you wouldn’t. Israel’s arguments are being exposed as lies but hey, keep your head in the sand. Those babies blood is on your hands, not Hamas’s. Inform yourself.
