Boeing CEO: We’re going to learn from the Alaska Airlines incident | CNN Business

Boeing says its CEO told workers of Spirit AeroSystems — its subcontractor that builds the 737 Max 9 fuselage — that “we’re going to learn from” this month’s blowout on Alaska Airlines flight 1282.

But are you really going to? I mean come on I think we've all realized by now that Boeing can and will cut corners wherever it can and it's showing in their planes, no amount of regular maintenance can fix poor design and implementation.

I'm also not speaking just for the door blowout incident, Boeing in general for the last 20years has been going downhill. They used to be top dog and I used to not think about what my plane would be when booking flights, but the last couple years I try to only be on flights using Airbus cause I just don't trust Boeing anymore.
