2ºRichard Pate - There is a difference - sometimes a vast difference - in being ADA compliant and disability friendly. For example, a disability friendly gas station or rest area would have a dedicated handicap parking spot right next to the entrance, with a bathroom stall close to the bathroom door. An ADA-compliant location might have a single parking spot somewhere on the premises, maybe far away from the entrance, with a handicap stall that also doubled as a diaper changing booth.
Disability-friendly asks, "how can we make this easier for people" while ADA-compliant asks, "what is the absolute minimum I have to do".

In reality Izrahell never left Gaza!
In 2005 Israel left Gaza but put Gaza under a temporary siege for 2 years then it was announced as a permanent siege. Controlling electricity,, controlling their fuel, and their water (which 90% of the water is not sufficient for human use) and controlling food (providing only starvation+).
It is not an open air prison as some would say, it is a brutal conc3ntration camp, after Oct 7th it became de@th camp!
The c0l0nial Z10nist occup@tion controls the air, the sea, and the land border, Nothing goes in Gaza and nothing goes out!.
Now for those who don’t know Gaza is only 5 X 25 miles with 2.5 million people in it.
Imagine if you are living in a c0nc3ntration camp in such a tiny land and you were born after 2006:
You have never seen the world
You cannot travel
You cannot have dreams
You don’t know how to it feels to have a full stomach as 70% of population are food insecure.
You don’t know how the world looks like outside the wall.
65% of the people unemployed.
Life expectancy is 18 yrs.
80% of those who live there are refugees from different cities like Jaffa and the north where they were force out of their fancy houses and farms, they were rich financially and culturally. But in 1948 they were forced to leave and are now stuck in Gaza.
Imagine if you are living in that situation, what would you do?
17 years of a complete blockade. With no hope for life. if your child is sick, you cannot take him to a better hospital outside Gazza, because the izraehelli border will not let you through the gate!
On top of all that
Izrahell does what they call “mowing the lawn” which is a military attack every couple of years similar to the currant one , devastating the city and civilians, destroying hospitals schools etc.
Does Izrahell defend itself?
Or does it defend the occupation???
A simple test to determine the nature of what Izrahell defends!
There is a simple test! Let Izrahell: withdraw to its international recognized boundaries and then if they got rockets launched at them, then they have the right under international law to use self defense. Until then Palestinians under international law the Palestinians have the right to strive for self determination using arm force to achieve independence and statehood.
You can’t force the Palestinians to accept their annexation. In the case of Gaza it is double violation of international law because the blockade according to international law is illegal
What are they suppose to do, are they accepted to allow Izrahell to suffocate them to death? As Izrahell has been doing for the past 17 years, are they obliged to lay and die. 95% of the water in Gaza is not fit for human consumption, are they suppose to accept it?
