Meat of the Subject - Money and Not Money
The citations below are from Melvin Stamper, via a faithful reader; I am simply melding this into a process for you to follow when dealing with their courts.
But first....
I do not want to confuse people so I will remind everyone that in the Hidden Caste System, there are (1) people known as men and women, sons and daughters, people have Natural and Unalienable Rights and protected by the Constitutions and there are (2) Persons known as Humans, both male and female, boy and girl, who have only Human Rights and who must obey the Constitutions but have no guarantees or rights under them, and there are (3) Things -- slaves and corporations that are Unisex and give rise to a child or franchise, and have only Civil Rights which are actually privileges that can be taken away. They also have no protections under the Constitutions.
Men and women are above any statutory law or code or regulation, so any rule that accrues via any act of legislation does NOT pertain to them unless they contract otherwise.
So when we are discussing Federal Code or Federal Court Cases (except for the 8% of Federal Law that is made part of the Federal Congressional Record and which may apply to men and women under specific circumstances) the Federal Code pertains only to Persons.
Okay? So when I am citing "Federal Code" it is (92% of the time) for the benefit of our public employees, who are Federal Dual Citizens. This is what you need to show them about their obligations and the realities about what, for them, passes for money.
Money has to have value in-and-of-itself. A gold coin has value in-and-of-itself, because gold has value apart from whatever form it takes.
Everything else that passes for money is commercial scrip -- some form of bill, credit certificate, promissory note, warehouse receipt, bill of lading, etc. This "commercial paper" has no value in-and-of-itself.
This means that Federal Reserve Notes which are "promises to pay" at some uncertain future date or upon demand, are not money. They are I.O.U.s.
If you are brought into one of their courts or have to reply to one of their courts on a "money" issue, mortgage, lien, tax debt, etc., the first thing you want to do is ask if any attorney has been assigned to represent you, and fire them. You are "present against your will and require nobody to represent you" -- which should be apparent but has to be said.
Next step: "Nothing I say may be regarded as a pleading. I am here to inform the court. I am not a corporation and not representing a corporation. I am here as a living Elector and the only holder of the survivorship interest in the estate of (name of Defendant/DEFENDANT"
Next step: "I also object to the mandatory use of Federal Reserve Notes. I reject any role as a Tort Feasor against the Federal Constitutions, Article 1, Section 10."

4ºDesmond Udousoro Russia is literally expanding.. putin has lost nothing... the brick nations are leaving the western ponzi scheme because the US has used the reserve currency to loot and pillage more nations than eveth other nation combined... Russia spends 150 billion dollars on defense budget... nato spends 1.5 trillion... its silly to pretend Russia has no reason or right to defend itself from the western decay of society with endless debt and war... Russia has opted out... they have a surplus not debt and they have 75 trillion in natural resources and they have enough gold and commodities to operate soundly for centuries. You can pretend they are always on brink of collapse all you want but the real data tells the truth Russia is doing better than ever.
5ºSandra R Fore why should it be up to us to pay for somebody else's war? This is a European problem and Europe should deal with it. Germany for instance has a great military tradition and should take a leading role. Why do you and the democrats feel this should be our problem? Europe has tried since world war one to involve us in its conflicts. We rebuilt Europe after both world wars and they have never fully payed us back. We have spilt a lot of blood keeping Europe free and they still haven't learned how to get along. We are giving the most to nato, while many of our allies are not maintaining their own commitments. Europe is more then capable of defending itself and should, but have become dependent on us. We need to stop bailing them out.

What is the overall ancient history of the Palestinian people can you name a few ancient Palestinian kings? Were the Palestine people Jewish before they converted into Islam? And about Cuba choosing communism most Americans like Myself don’t care what form of government Cuba chooses, and we don’t care who they ally with there’s a difference between the American people and American government like I said, we’re just tired of our tax dollars money that is basically confiscated out of our paychecks going to start shit on the other side of the world. When we have enough trouble within our own borders, we all know that Russia is not going to attack a NATO country that is just plain foolishness. Putin is not a dumb man by any means he’s very smart. He knows what would happen if he attacks a NATO country but at the same time he doesn’t want NATO within his own borders or on his doorstep about Afghanistan there is really nothing there to take. It is like the rest of the Middle East. There’s nothing there it’s better just to not even worry about it really but I would agree it’s not right to go into another country to loot and plunder, even if there was anything there I will say this about NATO it’s turning into something to wear it’s completely for the most part funded by US taxpayers. Other members of NATO were not even paying their fair share but yet we’re responsible for 100% of their defense while meanwhile, they contribute nothing or very little that is a huge slap in the face to every American taxpayer and every American in general these other countries need to pay their fair share or just get out of NATO. That’s the overall consensus of how the average American thinks in regards to these issues

Are Americans’ children any different from ours?”

For months, the Biden administration refused to confront Putin over his military buildup along Ukraine’s border. His administration even shared the intelligence about that buildup with China.

8ºمحمد احمد  America doesn’t even care about Cuba anymore that was back in the 60s. That was under the Soviet era miracles trying to keep communism out of his borders, and we still are. But Russia today is not communist and as far as Ukraine goes, they’re not an all of ours by no means and it’s really more of the European unions place to assist them then it is ours. Allies with Israel and it is our position to assist them, but Israel can stand on their own. They really don’t need American weapons or money and as far as the Muslims goes Muslims are notorious for trying to spread Jeide in places they have no damn business doing so remember 911 they killed 3000 innocent people But yet they always want to move to America or move to Europe or some western country in commit terrorist attacks. They are why don’t they just stay in Muslim land? There’s a difference between fighting the American government, which is soft, or fighting the civilian population of America, which would literally feed Muslim prisoners pork. I think I choose the path apiece don’t you the American people are tired of financing wars because it’s expensive and we have issues that are here in this country that need to be addressed. We’re tired of our politicians, making money off of wars. Well, meanwhile, illegal immigrants are overrun our borders. Our roads and bridges are crumbling. American workers are tax beyond a reasonable means we’re sick of it.

Anyway, not all people of the Book are equally the same, in fact I mean Allah’s enemies among them who are hostile to Muslims, and hostile to Christians who are closest in affection to Muslims, and hostile to Jews who are at peace with Muslims, and hostile to every human being who carries the traits and values of the humanitarian principles among the worlds; such are party of satan enemies of the noble and beautiful humanitarian traits in human beings towards his fellow man, because they deliberately took satan as a loyal-friend instead of the All Merciful, knowingly; Those upon whom wrath is brought down among the worlds.
