Americans are on the verge of living through a historic economic event: inflation fully returning to normal — after a series of punishing interest rate hikes — without a recession

Jay O'neal Letting companies keep more their own money doesn't work genius. Capitalism doesn't work. Doesn't help profit when you're struggling doesn't prevent layoffs. When you can't pay your bills it doesn't help pay the stockholders. Liberals are the enemies of this planet who killed over a hundred million people over the last hundred years with their Liberal socialist policies that always turn into tyranny you No why professor. Smart people meeting anybody except a liberal who's not too smartunderstand we want to bring in money and investment and help companies make money to bring jobs and tax dollars. When you encourage those kind of policy , they want to work with you and come to your nation. Liberals always kill people with their socialist policies because of those flee people like you
Who demonized business and act like letting them keep more. Their own money doesn't work and doesn't encourage investment. Venezuela cuba cambodia north korea china to start. Liberals and their socialist policies make them the mass murderers of last hundred years. Who would ever want to bring their money in their company? Into someone like you who's going to take more from them. Demonize them as it is supposed to countries that want to encourage them to make money

Debbie Fairo Ryan First off you need to adjust for inflation before you even can compare one year's profit against another since inflation reduces buying power. If you went into business for yourself would your goal be to make the exact same profit dollars as last year knowing full well next year's costs are going to be much higher? You'd be out of business in short order. Record profits is a ridiculous reason to condemn a business. You have to know so much more about a business including their growth plans (expansion, employ more people), new regulatory costs, equipment replacement needs, etc. etc. before you can formulate a justifiable opinion on how much profit is too much. Anything less is just recreational b*tching.

BK Johns perhaps you glossed over the part where I specifically explained why gas has seen a bump in recent weeks. I know..that pesky reading! Serious question. Do you think Russia, China and much of the Middle Eastern countries would prefer to the US stay in NATO or do you think they would rather see us leave….

Do you remember who cut the deal with the Saudi’s which saw them reduce their oil production after he had already lost the election? I’ll give you a hint, he loved playing with their orb. Hmm I wonder what happens when you reduce the supply from one of the US’s biggest oil imports

Stop embarrassing yourself..

Inflation has come down because corporations are correcting their revenue streams. Everything has to pay for itself. Understanding this in business is paramount! The fact of the matter they had to create new revenue streams because they know that the tax codes are going to change in 2025. The Trump tax cuts do not pay for themselves, never have never will. So the leveling off that you feel from the inflation crisis is largely due to to the bottom line as we say in business. It's about everything that comes before the product hits the shelf. And that's a whole lot of process that people don't really appreciate.

Curt Natarelli Millions of people stayed home because of the coronavirus pandemic. Mass remote jobs became the norm. Demand and supply are at play in this case. As fewer people were at the pump throughout the country, the supply of petroleum would exceed the demand ceteris parabus. Excess supply over demand will make prices fall. During the pandemic, I purchased a gallon of gas for $1.25 in Connecticut myself. The reason is simple. Most people stayed home and did not drive. OPEC countries had a large stock of petroleum products in their inventory so they were forced to reduce the prices precipitously. Now, full economic activities have resumed. Less remote jobs. Millions are on the road so demand is so high and per the law of supply and demand, prices will increase. That's how it works.

Doomed CNN, a far-left propaganda outlet that spreads conspiracy theories and violence, is looking to cut “more than $50 million” in anchor salaries.
Let’s start with the current salaries. You are not going to believe how much these assholes are reportedly paid per year:
*
* Anderson Cooper: $20 million
* Wolf Blitzer: $15 million
* Jake Tapper: $8.5 million
* Chris Wallace: $8 million
* John Berman, Kate Bolduan, Sara Sidner: $1 to $2 million
Normal people watch these CNN losers operate and ask themselves, How can they lie so shamelessly? How do they live with themselves, spreading all this hate, division, violence, and racism? Well, now you know. These soulless propagandists are bought and paid for.

Jay O'nealyou can’t even figure out basic human sexual anatomy , and you expect us to sit here and listen to your communist jobber jabber about how it’s all companies faults ?

It’s doesn’t take a rocket scientist or an economist to understand that when you spend billions of dollars to Ukraine and trillions of dollars on social programs with money you don’t have , it devalues the US dollar and leads to inflation .

Inflation is a direct result of out of country government spending , directly caused by the Biden administration.

Trump tax cuts were over 5 years ago , it makes you look like a complete idiot to blame ANY current situation on that . If it’s so bad , why didn’t Biden make an executive order to get rid of it ? Why didn’t the democrat controlled house and senate not pass a law to change it in 2021 ??

It’s your fault , take the blame where it’s due . Every American family who struggles to pay their bills and buy groceries , should come up and slap you in the face for what you have done and supported .

Don Joy what are you talking about? You want my butt? I’m not gay dude? Biden, CNN? How does this say anything about gender? If you’re wanting to hook up with a dude, FB might be the place but not me. So I’m guessing that you’re upset that Trump is losing over and over and can’t afford to pay to appeal his latest court appointed losses. His disgorgement is quite high. . He’s broke. Send your paychecks to the RNC. THEY WILL HELP HIM. NO CAMPAIGN MONEY FOR EVEN COMMERCIALS. ALL RNC money goes to Trump. Yall need to pony up $400 million to appeal, another $150 million for campaigning. MAGA can pony up $550 million.

10ºIf Donald trump wins in 2024 , which he is polled to win in a complete landslide, CNN can single handedly take responsibility for straight up telling lies over and over and over to the American people .

You sound like broken records , you push the same agenda over , and over , and over , and over . You use the same buzzwords , you make totally cringeworthy slogans , and repeat yourself over and over again just like a crazy preacher on the street telling us we’re all going to hell . Anyone with a Brain and independent thought can see right through your blatant propaganda, and whoever your editors are deserve to be fired .
