6ºTake Trump out of the equation. Does anyone see an issue with the state bringing a civil suit against an individual who engaged in common business practice to get a loan? Can someone share of the other party in the loan process was harmed in any way? Was the bank made whole n their loan? Were taxes and interest paid on said loan? Is it not dangerous to have the state come back some 3 to 4 decades later stating you miscalculated the value of your asset to get a loan, demand payment to the state or face forfeiture of assets to the state?
