Scally Cowell no, I am identifying the liability where I am going to say no to anyone wearing anything but the uniforms issued to the employee. If it has nothing to do with work, there is a zero tolerance. Now when you try to press exceptions that compromises anti harassment and discrimination laws. Basically one has to assert that some White People about to get the Civil Rights Act erased, and struck down by the Supreme Court. I know White People Created BLM and placed a Black Face on it. So as a Black Person with a Business Management Degree, I looking at this using ethics, business law, and human resource management.

It is stated that the national Labor law allows wearing things related to working conditions. The BLM movement had nothing to do with the working conditions in that company or store. It is a political movement and by wearing anything related to any political movement on your work uniform during work hours at your place of work, at which point you are representing your company, you are saying the company endorses whatever the movement is that you are advertising. You have no right, as an employee, to decide what movements the company has to publicly endorse. Companies tend to stay away from endorsing any movements or politics because doing so can ostracize subsets of customers or cause political discourse which they would rather avoid.

Edward Vega no, that was mostly you guys (white supremacists and fascists with your cop buddies) and apolitical looters. They destroyed no cities and also protesting is a civil right, going to a restaurant or an office isn‘t and is inessential and also ya heard of this new thing called remote working or a takeaway? And no, she earned money and spent that, she used no donated funds, that’s a racist and hypocritical lie from racist hypocrites who are yet to condemn trump defrauding a kids cancer charity or spending his own “charity“‘s money on a portrait of himself, a signed Tim tebow qb helmet, and to make a lawsuit against trump “university“ go away.

What is wrong with the socialistic courts nowadays! So it's okay for home Depot employees to be racist and single out black people as the only ones who matter. If they weren't racist they would have an alm on there whether it's dogs cats people, every life does matter or you're a racist. How this got through as a loophole is just a testament to the sad State of affairs in this country as we near closer and closer to our ultimate demise, communism. Keep printing money with no way to ever pay it back and screw our future generations, it's okay, we won't pollute things for a future generations, we'll just ruin them economically and financially, that's okay. Shopping at Lowe's from now on

There is no doubt that Palestine is under occupation and its people die daily, either by bombing or famine, but they are fighting for their freedom and the establishment of their state. On the other hand, the American people are also under occupation, devoid of their will, just a bank that pays taxes in order to kill and starve children, but there is a huge difference between the two camps. The Palestinian struggle for their freedom, while the American people lose their identity, become submissive, and devoid of pride. I hope that the American and Palestinian people will be free one day.

Joy Brown because it is a class war, and the upper classes are pitting the lower classes against each other with race cards, politics and the illusion of free choice. Convincing that voting matters as if both parties are not in the same lobbyist pockets. Obama is just another pawn in the game of those that owns America. The people that own the media, own the banks, controls the resources and has control on the political picture that is shown to the public. The people that control the three letter agencies either by having people at the top of having something ON the people at the top. A lot of Epsteins elite clients are undoubtedly at the mercy of the people that holds the information. But when anyone asks questions about who these lobbyists are or even research, get names and show something they have in common, they play the victim card and use the one word they so famously love to use to shut down a conversation "antisemitic". You saw the "victim card" being used recently by Alejandro Mayorkas to try push away any form of responsibility for his failures.

Being Black, I would fire the employee. I would tell the National Labor Relations Board this. The Civil Rights Act or the Equal Employment Opportunity laws cannot make me liable for someone else’s social political stances in my workplace. The dress code to the uniforms provided is suppose to be a reflection of my business. The employee does not get to define my business, the employee does not get to define my businesses values. I have worn a uniform for 26 years, and I could not change it. The remaining explanation would define everything. You know who forces symbols into workplaces with the might of the government, Fascist.
