It is a political movement and by wearing anything related to any political movement on your work uniform during work hours at your place of work, at which point you are representing your company, you are saying the company endorses whatever the movement is that you are advertising. You have no right, as an employee, to decide what movements the company has to publicly endorse. Companies tend to stay away from endorsing any movements or politics because doing so can ostracize subsets of customers or cause political discourse which they would rather avoid.

5ºThere is no doubt that Palestine is under occupation and its people die daily, either by bombing or famine, but they are fighting for their freedom and the establishment of their state.
