1ºFirst, ban Starlink. That's been causing a huge amount of problems for astronomers. One collision with that could have a cascading effect that ends up destroying far more like falling dominoes. Second, any country willingly blowing up a satellite in orbit should pay a massive fine because a lot of the debris is caused by that. The exception might be if that satellite is brought down to a much lower orbit where it can then deorbit within a day from atmospheric friction - the blown up pieces would burn up in the atmosphere much more quickly than the object as a whole would.
2ºAs long as PEOPLE exist, there'll ALWAYS be POLLUTION but HOW we control and MANAGE it is all that matters because like ACCIDENTS, no matter HOW hard we TRY to AVOID them, they'll keep HAPPENING. NOBODY want to be or get INVOLVED in any accident whatsoever but no matter HOW hard we try to AVERT everything that we do NOT want or need, we SOMEHOW find OURSELVES in the centre of it all. If WE really NEED those "many machines flying through space" and not "their light pollution", then OUR FOCUS should definitely be HOW we can control and manage what we don't WANT.
