1ºGood for kids to know exactly what they are feeling and when. Not all kids grow up in an environment where they understand the different emotions they have, and how to regulate them. I grew up in one of those homes, unfortunately, abusive, and it took finding the wheel of emotions for me to have an epiphany, and be able to determine what emotions I was feeling at any time. I know it should be pretty simple and easy, but it for some kids it isn’t. I don’t have any small kids anymore but kudos for shows like this that like Mr. Rogers helps kids understand what they’re feeling and putting a name to those feelings.
