1ºMark Gallo CNN refuses to report on this! A federal judge on Friday shot down the Biden administration’s plans to divert money from border wall construction to other projects like environmental remediation, ruling that it appears to violate the law.
Judge Drew B. Tipton said Congress gets to decide how money is spent and when it wrote its spending bills for fiscal years 2020 and 2021 it allocated nearly $1.4 billion each year for wall-building. The president trampled on that when he decided to spend wall-building money on “remediation projects.”
The government said it should have leeway to spend the money, and argued the remediation projects were ancillary to the wall and should be allowed.

Japan bombed Pearl Harbor with airplanes made by the Japanese company Mitsubishi that profited off of killing and maiming millions of Americans and other people throughout the world.
The Japanese company Nissan is the company Datsun that produced tanks that killed and maimed millions of people during World War 2.
The Japanese company Toyota produced trucks to carry Japanese troops who killed and maimed millions of people during World War 2.
After the Japanese were defeated, those Japanese companies should have been dissolved, the owners prosecuted, and the profits and assets turned over to the countries that stopped Japan and those companies that profited by the murderous mayhem that they were responsible for.
No remnant of the names of those companies should remain (so as not to show respect for those original companies in any way) and take on the name of those who defeated them.
