1ºI was told it would greatly increase the value of my land. The annual income didn’t cover the loss of revenue we had from goose hunting. The waterfowl avoid the big towers. The have come and cleaned up the gear grease spills at no cost and it’s a nominal loss to my agricultural business. It’s the value of the land I worry about. I used to lease out the rights to outfitters for hunting at $50 an acre. And on our 1000 acres of tillable land we cleared $150 an acre from harvest. That got cut a bit, but the promise that the land would be more for my grandkids made it worth while for me to agree to. I can take a financial hit because I am 1 person. I have 2 grandkids currently. Hopefully I end up with 6. That kills the value /6 for my heirs. Just sad. I hate the decision I made.

No-one moves under turbines because the land is not zoned for public habitats. It is dangerous for the psychic to habitate under a revolving shadow. I can give you several more reasons for why this is a non-issue.
3ºKen Freeman we could meet the power needs of the entire earth with regular solar panels taking up less than less than 1% of land (byilding and cities already cover like 2.4% of the land)... and that is with the best current solar panels (~22.8% efficiency) and just laying about. Solar roofs could meet a significant portion of the need, but we could also have solar walls (especially for high-rise buildings). There is also potential for a large scale solar array on the moon (which would send power wirelessly back to earth, which has actually been done with an experiment in 2023). Solar could easily meet 100% of our energy needs with no impact to the environment (beyond what we already have) and futher advances in solar technology will only make it better.
4ºLem Turner that's wrong there are farm homes everywhere across the US that land is owned buy a farmer that lives somewhere within a mile of these things. They wanted to come through my parents farm and place these things on it but we and the county that we live in said No so they went to the county just north there lined up everywhere and there are farm houses all over plus a small town close by the landscape is ugly now... i hope to God that there are no tornados in the future because there will be nothing left of our homes for miles and miles......we are now fighting the carbon pipelines which they also lied to us here in this county and the country
5º I’ve been fighting them off the coast of NJ for 2 yrs and have been reading through pages and pages of documents on BOEM of the actual plans. These are nothing but an absolute money pit, costing taxpayers BILLIONS- yes with a B serving to only profit these companies. Destroying and industrializing our beautiful ocean up and down the eastern seaboard across MILLIONS of acres thinking they are going to “save us” is NOT the way. Besides the thousands of ecosystems that will be destroyed on the ocean, they are directly in the migration path of the critically endangered Right Whale which there are only (350 left in the entire world) other endangered species such the piping plovers and the migratory path of birds known as “The Atlantic Flyway.” Each turbines uses thousands of gallons of diesel, SF6, and many more oils to stay lubricanted and maintained daily. My list of cons is long, and the pros are just not there - they are only serving to make hedgefunders and CEOs of these companies money.

Ever since the advent of electric cars, the REAL cost per mile of those things has never been discussed. All you ever heard was the mpg in terms of gasoline, with nary a mention of the cost of electricity to run it.
At a neighborhood BBQ I was talking to a neighbor, a BC Hydro Executive. I asked him how that renewable thing was doing. He laughed, then got serious.
If you really intend to adopt electric vehicles, he pointed out, you had to face certain realities. For example, a home charging system for a Tesla requires 75 amp service. On our small street (approximately 25 homes), the electrical infrastructure would be unable to carry more than three houses with a single Tesla each. For even half the homes to have electric vehicles, the system would be wildly over-loaded.
This is the elephant in the room with electric vehicles. Our residential infrastructure cannot bear the load. So, as our genius elected officials promote this nonsense, not only are we being urged to buy these things and replace our reliable, cheap generating systems with expensive new windmills and solar cells, but we will also have to renovate our entire delivery system! This later "investment" will not be revealed until we're so far down this dead end road that it will be presented with an 'OOPS...!' and a shrug.

Eric test drove the Chevy Volt at the invitation of General Motors and he writes, "For four days in a row, the fully charged battery lasted only 25 miles before the Volt switched to the reserve gasoline engine." Eric calculated the car got 30 mpg including the 25 miles it ran on the battery. So, the range including the 9-gallon gas tank and the 16 kwh battery is approximately 270 miles.
It will take you 4.5 hours to drive 270 miles at 60 mph. Then add 10 hours to charge the battery and you have a total trip time of 14.5 hours. In a typical road trip your average speed (including charging time) would be 20 mph.
According to General Motors, the Volt battery holds 16 kwh of electricity. It takes a full 10 hours to charge a drained battery. The cost for the electricity to charge the Volt is never mentioned, so I looked up what I pay for electricity.
I pay approximately (it varies with amount used and the seasons) $1.16 per kwh. 16 kwh x $1.16 per kwh = $18.56 to charge the battery. $18.56 per charge divided by 25 miles = $0.74 per mile to operate the Volt using the battery. Compare this to a similar size car with a gasoline engine that gets only 32 mpg. $3.19 per gallon divided by 32 Mpg = $0.10 per mile.
The gasoline powered car costs about $25,000 while the Volt costs $46,000 plus. So the Government wants us to pay twice as much for a car, that costs more than seven times as much to run, and takes three times longer to drive across the country.

2/ Chiến lược của Nga để khuất phục châu Âu là:
“Leo thang cuộc chiến tiêu hao ở Ukraine ! tàn sát Ukraine !”
Giả sử Khi Ukraine nhận được 100 tỷ USD để ‘phòng thủ và tái thiết’, thì Nga có thể dồn nguồn quốc phòng đồ sộ lên 120 tỷ USD để tấn công tàn phá, theo thời điểm. Nguồn kinh phí đó Nga có được do dùng tài nguyên đất nước dồi dào.
Do đó, nếu Ukraine tăng mức phòng thủ như thế nào thì Nga luôn mở nguồn quân sự đồ sộ của mình lên lớn hơn để tàn sát, tàn phá. Ukraine phòng thủ ‘bất đối xứng’.
3/ Khi Ukraine mà không phòng thủ được thì gián tiếp là Đức không phòng thủ được.
“Nếu Ukraine đầu hàng Nga thì Đức ‘mọi thời’ về sau luôn bị Nga đe doạ. Đức sẽ luôn phải leo thang quốc phòng để phòng thủ theo sự leo thang quốc phòng uy hiếp của Nga”.
Mà, Nga luôn dùng nguồn tài nguyên dồi dào, ‘chính quyền Nga cơ cấu chủ yếu chỉ bán tài nguyên làm giàu bộ máy và xã hội Nga’ thì khi đó Nga luôn khống chế khắp thế giới. Khi đó, con đường ‘văn minh, tiến bộ’ xã hội của Đức sẽ không xây dựng được cho nhân loại, nhân dân khắp năm châu bốn bể không phát huy được ‘quyền phát triển con người’.

4/ Cuộc chiến Ukraine với Nga thì khi Ukraine phòng thủ đánh lại sự tấn công của Nga thì hai bên áp dụng các chiến thuật quân sự.
Nhưng khi Nga dùng bom lượn FAB-1500-M54 thì Nga đã ‘leo thang’ ‘mức quốc phòng mới’ để phá phòng thủ của Ukrane, phá phòng thủ của Đức.
FAB-1500-M54 mà Ukrane không phòng thủ được, do Nga đẩy tấn công mức mới bom khủng 1,5 tấn (báo chí đưa tin là thổi bay cả đoạn dài chiến hào chỉ bằng cách dễ dàng là thả 1 quả bom, thổi bay cả đại đội mà chả cần đánh đấm).
FAB-1500-M54 thì Đức chỉ gián tiếp giúp tên lửa TAURUS để chặn.
“Đức chỉ giúp tên lửa TAURUS để chặn bom FAB-1500-M54”.
Đó là do Nga leo thang tấn công, mà buộc Đức phải phòng thủ.
5/ Vậy cách Đức sử dụng tên lửa TAURUS như thế nào ? đó là:
5.1/ Đếm số lần máy bay Nga tấn công thả bom lượn FAB-1500-M54 vào chiến hào Ukrane.
5.2/ Đức cung cấp cho Ukrane số lượng tên lửa TARUS theo số lượt máy bay Nga tấn công bom lượn.
5.3/ Cách Ukraine sử dụng tên lửa TARUS ‘chỉ được’ (chỉ được là) là:
5.3.1/ đếm số máy bay Nga thả bom lượn FAB-1500-M54.
5.3.2/ ‘Số máy bay Nga nào’ sử dụng thả bom lượn FAB-1500-M54 ở ‘sân bay nào xuất kích và đậu’ (giả sử sân bay S sanbays) thì tên lửa TARUS được phép tấn công sanbays đó.
5.3.3/ Số lượng tên lửa TARUS dùng cho một sanbays đó tuỳ thuộc chiến lược cấp của Đức, chiến lược số lần được tấn công.
Chẳng hạn, sanbays 1 có thể chỉ được dùng 1 tên lửa TARUS mà thời điểm Ukraine đáp trả tuỳ hiệu quả (có thể khi phòng thủ, khi máy bay Nga tập kết nhiều...).

Mọi nước khi hiểu tới, nên hiểu tới kiểu ‘cây tre’ thì là để ‘vươn qua khó khăn, lúc giông bão’, mà hiện nay (hiện nay là 19/3/2024; mình cũng theo người dân kiến nghị Liên Hợp Quốc) thì Liên Hợp Quốc nên ‘đề cao’, ‘nêu ra cái nét chính mới’ của ‘cây tre’ cho nhân dân mọi nước là luôn có ‘chuẩn mực, tiêu chí’ xu hướng tiến bộ theo nhân loại văn minh cho đất nước mình, góp sức cho nhân loại, tìm góp cách làm, đất nước mình góp tiến bộ gì .
