McDaniel is an election denier, she strengthened Qanon and brought it deep into the Republican party, because she supported Trump. Though she says the January 6 insurrectionists should be held accountable, never pardoned, and that violence is never the answer, she still supports Trump ... Trump who with the help of others, including white nationalists, planned the insurrection. She has demonized the media, including NBC because they aren't Trump syncophants.
So, no, we are not interested in having McDaniel, or anyone with her opinions, challenge our viewpoints. Our viewpoints are based on facts; hers are based on lies and conspiracies.

The only good outcome happened during this interview when Weller got McDaniel to admit her past efforts to spread the Trump's Big Lie that President Biden election was not legitimate!!! OMG what did we witness today? An effort by a Ex-GOP Liar to question her credibility regarding her statement that this Republican Party does represent and is a lawless and violent gang of insurrectionists and seditionists.

5ºI agree with Chuck Todd. I also think as NBC's Chief Political Analyst he should have had final say in whether she was hired or not.
McDaniel demonized all media, including NBC, if the outlet was not loyal to Trump. Throughout the interview she tried to downplay her role, actions and words while at the RNC. She was involved in trying to get "alternate" electors brought in.
Was she only pretending to be loyal to Trump so she could keep her position? It's much more likely she lied during the interview. So now, NBC hired an election denier, a supporter of a wannabe Dictator, who allegedly hates the violence Trump and his minions planned for January 6, 2021, says she doesn't think violence should exist in political discourse "for Republicans or Democrats".. but will still vote for Trump. McDaniel has no credibility.
By the way, speaking of the "violence" she thinks Democrats have engaged in ... I evidently missed the hours of live TV when the Democrats attacked the Capitol after HRC lost in 2016. When did it happen? It didn't. If anything even close to what Trump planned on 1/6/2021, had happened after his win in 2016, how would Trump have responded? Would he think they're hostages" and should he pardoned? Never, ever.
