But I didn't realize you were so sensitive. Need a tissue? Towel? Case of Summer's Eve?
But fret not little buddy. A red flag law as you described would have done nothing to stop this shooting or most others. This was yet again a foray into "the thug life" which would not be helped unless they were taken off the streets and given permanent residence with the state.
2ºDirk Digler but it seems that because its so easy in many states now do purchase a firearm without any licensing guidelines that more people are being attacked and killed these days.
But I know that it’s not of any concern to the NRA or the law abiding citizens since they think having stricter regulations is against their constitutional rights of owning firearms.
Wasn’t there a point in time back in the Wild-west days when there was a lawman and his family that banned anyone from carrying a firearm in their town ?
Didn’t gun violence drop dramatically because of their law ?
Maybe we should adapt philosophy.

5ºThe proliferation of guns is the result of Republicans being bought off by the NRA. The NRA has spent the last three decades eliminating gun control laws. They proclaimed that every American is responsible enough or mentally or emotionally stable enough to own a gun. Now guns are in the hands of any crazy yahoo.
The US has 5 times more per capita violent crime than the UK, Israel and Australia. It has 6 times more per capita violent crime than Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Switzerland and 20 times more per capita violent crime than Japan. They all have strict gun control laws.
Switzerland and Israel have armed citizens. They also don't let every crazy yahoo strut around with a gun. Gun owners need complete background checks, psychological testing, training and pass a competency test. The US should learn from them.
