4ºPháp với chính sách dân số mang thai:
Trước nhất, chúng ta biết rằng, những con người: (1) có thể chất tốt, (2) với lối sống tốt, (3) có cuộc sống trong xã hội tốt, thì sẽ tiếp nối có những thế hệ tốt với nhân loại.
Như thế nào là ‘tiếp nối’ của thế hệ tốt? đó là, khi chúng ta trang bị cho cha mẹ 3 đặc điểm (1) (2) và (3) trên tốt thì trong xã hội sẽ các thế hệ con cái thừa hưởng tốt và con cái cũng về sau được nuôi dưỡng trưởng thành tốt từ gia đình, tới xã hội, đất nước, nhân loại !
Lối sống buông thả, môi trường xã hội kém tiến bộ, không thuận lợi thì thế hệ tương lai đất nước kém, ‘suy và teo tóp dần’.
Bởi vậy, chính sách của Pháp về dân số như thế có cái được là ‘phần có’ (kiểu phần nào đó) ‘ngoài tự nhiên quy luật sinh tồn’. Tức là hiểu nôm na, giả sử tính vài chục năm đầu ở một nơi nào đó có khoảng vài chục (như 100) của lứa sinh ra thì 2 trường hợp xẩy ra:
Trường hợp 1: Nếu để buông thả xã hội sẽ có những ‘thể chất yếu đuối’, hay ‘môi trường xã hội kém’ (môi trường xã hội kém là: thất nghiệp, trộm cướp, kiến thức học không theo được, cơ chế xã hội lạc hậu, hiểu lẫn lộn...) thì trong 100 mà sẽ có ‘vài số lượng nhỏ vaisoluongnho’ bị ảnh hưởng. ‘vài số lượng nhỏ’ cũng cứ tiếp nối hàng chục, hàng trăm năm sau nếu chúng ta không giúp đỡ một cách tiến bộ. Từ đó, các thế hệ về sau tạo xã hội kém dần.
Trường hợp 2: Chính sách dân số kế hoạch hoá tốt chinhsachdansokehoachhoatot sẽ tạo xã hội lành mạnh dần. Những năm đầu sẽ ‘chính sách đau đớn’ chínhachdaudon nhưng vaisoluongnho sẽ ít bị rơi hoàn cảnh mà ‘xã hội tạo bó hẹp, bức bối’ (‘xã hội tạo bó hẹp, bức bối’ tức là cha mẹ thiếu ăn, làm việc lao động môi trường độc hại, con cái thiếu học, học tốn kém, dị đoan, ...).

1/ Dân chủ xã hội.
2/ quyền phát triển con người.
3/ tự do, bình đẳng, bác ái.
4/ môi trường tự nhiên.
5/ môi trường xã hội.
6/ lao động là vinh quang.
7/ cơ cấu tổ chức, bộ máy.
8/ khoa học, kỹ thuật tiến bộ.
9/ khoa học xã hội phục vụ tốt phát triển thể chất con người (chăm khám chu đáo, tích lũy, vệ sinh môi trường, cách lao động học hành, tính cộng đồng...).
10/ phong phú lối sống phát triển, đặc sắc con người.
11/ kế thừa giai đoạn, tích lũy đúng bước nhảy, thời điểm, giai đoạn.
12/ Nỗ lực cuộc sống động lực hiện đại, giảm lạc hậu. Tính ‘chung- riêng’ con người.
...
Đạt các tiêu chí đó thì nhân loại đạt ‘ấm no, hạnh phúc’, tạo sức mạnh của cá nhân, cộng đồng .
Xã hội Pháp phấn đấu ‘dân chủ, tiến bộ’, xây dựng ‘văn minh tiến bộ’ cùng nhân loại cho nên timraconduongvanminhtienbo để thực thi giải tốt bài toán của ‘trường hợp 1’ và ‘trường hợp 2’ !
