1ºThere is a silver lining here. Baltimore will now face severe financial loss that is unprecedented. Lost revenue from the port business, normal business from the missing bridge traffic will all but cease that portion of commerce. We like that a lot. 2ºThe ship had layers of failures one after another. Quoting an experienced Superintendent and Chief engineer:
