Literally in the first paragraph explains how they were going after them getting money from Medicare for services such as birth control. They weren't going after BC, but attacking PP like normal. Context matters, and it's weird how "intelligent" liberals proclaim to be but have zero critical thinking skills.
I will leave you with this though, as an independent. Republicans and Democrats work together significantly more than you realize. Take any hot topic they cry about during election year. It's always the same ones and has been for 80 years. Why didn't the Democrats if they cared so much, codify Abortion? Or at the very least bring it up? Because they don't want to... Neither side will ever make a solid attempt or continue down a path that fixes issues. How are they going to stand on stage and tell you about the same issues every election year, and how the other side screwed it up but they can fix it. Just give them money and power. Easier to get the clowns to fight amongst themselves, then ask why Abortion hasn't been fixed in 50 years. Divide and conquer, and you're the perfect loyal soldier.

4ºChris Backes I do understand the politics of issues that continue to be unresolved from abortion to immigration to gun violence prevention to government funding/spending to healthcare to every thing that we pay politicians to fight about rather than fix.
TBH I don't think either side is being honest about the issues which is why people are fighting on polar opposites of issues. You look at Planned Parenthood as Dahmer and I look at it as heathcare for people who live in poverty because people with money are able to do anything they want and they don't have to step foot in that building to accomplish the same objective. Republicans used to be the party of Personal rights and small government but now seem to be doing the opposite with culture wars and restrictive laws on peoples actions.
I don't think this will bare much fruit for republicans in the long run but only time will tell...

While ABC is promoting cultural diversity. Endo warriors from pmdd are sufferig a lifetime of barbaric torture. Making a choice of political correctness over human suffering and death.
While a 21 year old is living the life of luxury being hailed for no other reason than being first Asian American Bachelorette just for who gave birth to her.And will spend from now until the final rose then a few weeks after with some imaginary hate that only exists on ABC. Or Hallmark.
And perhaps the only person on the planet who still cares about her or will always remember her and live his entire life inspired by her is me. And instead of trying to find the strength to get through another day, without Joey crying tears of joy wishing them a happy life ABC didn't want her to have. She could have been now giving funds from the Lexi Young Endometriosis Foundation from ad profits from the Endo Summer of 2024 "Love Conquers All. to Young Endo Girls for lifetime preventive excision surgeries while shooting scenes that would have provided tens of millions of Emdo warriors the inspiration that they can be loved and give them all

Anyways... House Bill 3216. Which is still in the first stages of the amendment process. The Database part will get ditched pretty quick because of the same reason mental health can't be used on buying a gun HIPPA. I included a link directly to the bill in its entirety. The first section talks about what we are discussing. You were close not quite there.
"HB 3216 establishes the Oklahoma Life is a Human Right Act, in effort to prohibit the

The last part... "With the intent to induce an abortion." So they are not taking away a woman's ability to have BC. They are taking away the ability to misuse drugs to do some chopshop abortion. Which if you're against a woman slamming a box of BC to have a miscarriage and then die from bleeding out.. yikes. It's like Sudafed, you can't walk into a store and buy 20 boxes just because. It's used for making meth, no one needs that but people making it. So it's restricted. That's what this bill does, it prevents the use of BC to be used in manner it's not intended to be used for.
