4ºRyan Ryan Mar-a-Lago Classified Documents (Federal, FL)
Donald Trump was arrested on Tuesday, June 13 and is facing 40 charges in federal court in Miami, all related to his alleged illegal retention of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate after his time in the White House. The federal documents investigation is being led by Special Counsel Jack Smith for the U.S. Department of Justice. Trump body man Walt Nauta and Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos De Oliveira have also been indicted as a result of this investigation.
The counts in the Florida indictment focus on allegations that Trump illegally took highly sensitive government documents, ignored a court order to return them, and then lied about it. New allegations were added to the indictment in late July, including additional charges that Trump worked with his co-defendants to hide from federal investigators relevant surveillance footage they sought of workers moving confidential documents around the property.
This case is currently scheduled to go to trial in May 2024.
5ºRyan Ryan Federal Election Interference (Federal, DC - Criminal Case)
On August 1, 2023, a federal grand jury indicted Donald Trump of 4 counts of criminal felonies. Trump was arraigned in Federal Court in Washington, D.C. at 4 p.m. on Thursday, August 3.
The charges revolve around Trump’s and 6 unnamed co-conspirators’ efforts to interfere with the results of the 2020 presidential election.
Special Counsel Jack Smith led the investigation into Trump and others’ roles in attempting to overturn the results of the election to keep Trump in power.
This case is currently scheduled to go to trial on March 4, 2024.
6ºRyan Ryan New York Attorney General Letitia James has brought a $250 million civil case against Donald Trump, his two adult sons, and his company for alleged fraud. Prosecutors allege that over many years, these individuals and the Trump Organization made fraudulent and misleading statements regarding the company’s financial condition.
The trial started October 2nd, 2023 and when it concludes New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron will determine whether Trump, his sons, and/or the Trump Organization will be forced to pay monetary damages.
Days before the trial began, Justice Engoron issued an early ruling, holding Trump and others liable for fraud–thereby accelerating the case. Justice Engoron agreed with Attorney General James’ main argument, finding that Trump and others falsified financial documents to overstate the value of assets. Additionally, the justice ordered the cancellation of the New York business certificates for the Trump Organization, other Trump Subsidiaries, and companies owned by Trump and his sons.
7ºRyan Ryan Hush Money/ Fraud in the 2016 Election (State, NY)
The indictment brought by Manhattan DA Alan Bragg includes felony charges against Trump for 34 counts of falsifying business records.
The indictment is based on allegations that Donald Trump authorized a hush money payment of $130,000 to Stormy Daniels on the eve of the 2016 election, and then falsified business and campaign records in an effort to cover up the pay-off.
The allegations relate to Trump’s attempt to interfere with the 2016 election by failing to report campaign-related expenditures and illegally falsifying financial records to keep relevant information from voters as they prepared to cast their votes.
This case is currently scheduled to go to trial in March 2024.
8ºWhat is amazing, is what these charges are based off of. It is one instance, that they listed as 34 counts because it was documented 34 times. I have to remember, the morons that are celebrating this trial (and others) are also defending people like Menendez. They also refuse to even acknowledge the evidence against the oatmeal brain that is running against Trump.
I vote based on issues, and the Democrats have shown their racist rhetoric, inability to actually secure our borders, and have actively used their resources to convince their voters that I am the enemy just because of my stand on right to life. There are additional faults reported near Abidjan. This widespread outage or damage to multiple major submarine cable systems has likely severely disrupted internet connectivity, data transfers, and telecommunication services between Africa and Europe along both the eastern and western corridors.

Wokeism – The Marxist Cult That Aims To Destroy?
Wokeism is everywhere, especially in the media, academia, politics, our education system, and Big Tech. It’s become so pervasive and assertive that it seems cult-like. But where did ‘woke’ come from? Is it something new or simply a reworking of old ideologies?
The term ‘woke’ was first used among black Americans in the 1930s, with the phrase “stay woke” meaning: “to have an awareness of the social and political issues affecting them”. This seems appropriate, reasonable, and justified. Most people today would be supportive of that movement, which opposed racism and advocated for justice in racially-segregated America.
But like many movements or causes which begin with virtuous motives, political hijacking occurs along the way.
Modern Wokeism – Something Very Different
Sadly, the modern woke movement now represents something much broader and something very dangerous – wokeism has now morphed into the modern day outworking of Marxist ideologies that attempt to destroy the foundational systems and beliefs of western society. In particular, Marxist ideology views religion to be oppressive and exploitative. Therefore, religion must be destroyed.
For those wanting to understand further the connection between wokeism and Marxism, it’s worth studying first the Marxist beliefs and teachings coming out of the Frankfurt School in 1930s Germany. The Frankfurt School of the 1930s comprised intellectuals, academics, and political renegades teaching Marxist ‘critical theories’ based on the work of Karl Marx, Sigmund Freud, Georg Hegel and others.
