If you are thinking campaign law; it is a misdemeanor - like when the Clinton Campaign paid a former British Intel officer to create a fake dosier which was the entire basis of the Russia hoax. The Federal Election Administration made sure they were charged with a misdemeanor and they were fined by the Administration and paid it and that was the end of it. 4ºDavid Wilm I’d toss every illegal migrant out tomorrow if it were up to me. I’m no Biden fan. It’s the City of NY not enforcing the law of the land daily on the streets. It shouldn’t be too much to ask for the Criminal Justice System to do multiple things at the same time. As for the Trump case, the question of him paying off the hooker has already been established; this trail is about hiding how he paid her off then lying a lot it. It’s only a shame that this particular case isn’t nearly as important as Trump’s Federal election interference from Jan. 6th or the Mar-a-Lago documents case. That’s were his true crimes are most evident, so to me this is a sideshow. 6ºHow long will his continued debauchery against judges and lawyers be allowed? That is not free speech he is doing. Needs highly nipped like not allowed. Whatever happened to contempt of court as in he throws another fit he goes to temporary jail a day or two to make the point. The Election Board saw to it they were properly charged with a misdemeanor and the campaign paid a fine to the committee and that was the end of it after costing you the taxpayer tens of millions and three wasted years . Trump paid Daniel's with his own money which of course is not a crime.
10ºConnie Cushenberry Not sure where you are from Connie but here in America we have a Constitution which was created to protect citizens from the government ( not the other way around). This Constitution guarantees us that we Citizens are NOT required to " defend against charges" as you incorrectly state. The government must FIRST prove that an actual crime was committed - which debatable in this case and THEN Zprove that the person they are accusing actually committed the alleged. I would recommend this reading to anyone. It is quite informative. When our schools were better, they actually taught this valuable document.
