The man that has taken two three pseed bicycles from me might be the same man that was in the mental hospital in Wichita falls claiming I had went in his store and stolen from him after my identification card had been stolen . He was a white man . The night before he did it a very little red station wagon type car drove past me while I was in the physicians pavilion at the physicians parking garage .. there was a little girl being murdered inside the car.. I saw his face momentarily as he drove by .

**Torrential Rains Submerge Parts of the UAE**

Unprecedented torrential rainfall has ravaged parts of the United Arab Emirates, causing widespread flooding and disrupting daily life in cities such as Dubai.

The incessant downpour has submerged roads, homes, and businesses, bringing traffic and other essential services to a halt. Several areas have been declared evacuation zones as water levels continue to rise.

Rescue teams are working tirelessly to evacuate residents and provide assistance to those affected by the flooding. Schools and businesses have been forced to close, and authorities have urged the public to stay indoors and avoid unnecessary travel.

The heavy rainfall is a departure from the typically dry and arid climate of the UAE. The National Centre of Meteorology has attributed it to a low-pressure system that has brought moisture from the Arabian Sea.

The full extent of the damage caused by the floods is still being assessed. However, initial reports suggest that infrastructure and property have been significantly impacted.

Authorities are monitoring the situation closely and providing regular updates on the flooding and evacuation efforts. Residents are advised to follow official instructions and take necessary precautions to stay safe.
