The Palestinians are responsible for their current conditions by consistently refusing very fair peace offers and choosing a misguided strategy of war that has produced nothing but hardship, suffering and death for all involved. Maybe they should try to choose peace and prosperity (as other Arab states have done and are doing) instead.
The UN plan was to divide the country into an Arab state and a Jewish state without forced relocations. 1.3 million Arabs decided they wanted the whole area and decided to go to war rather than share it with the other legal residents. They lost and 700,000 Arabs were forced into migration when it didn't have to happen.
All the negative effects suffered by the Arabs were the direct and sole result of their own decision to choose violence.

10ºStrong supporter of Israel, but what people need to realize is that Biden (and whomever it would be in the future) has political constraints upon them as well. They have to deal with only 2 parties to reflect all the multi-dimensional views from a widely diverse population who cannot agree on what to name a street. America, unless the insane take over again, shall always support Israel, but we have political games that we have to play here as well.
In the meantime, I purchased Israel Bonds -- I would encourage others to do so as well. Not only do we get to put our money where are hearts are or should be, but the return on investment is also stellar and safe because Israel is a legit power and is not going anywhere. Am Israel Chai!
