And since the State of the Union speech, Biden's approval rating has gone up five points to 46. What world are you living in? And when you put Kennedy into the equation, Biden goes ahead, because he is an anti-vax, conspiracy election denying nut job, which attracts more Republicans than Democrats obviously. And then of course we have the majority of the country on our side when it comes to women's rights, and it's going to be the women, including millions of Republican women, in swing states that are going to win the election for us come november. And Arizona is going to be a perfect example, since their courts went a law from 1864 go into effect totally taking away women's rights. 8ºRyan Budman Dirty Laundry, at best it was a misdemeanor that went over the statue of limitations, so Bragg ran on he would go after Trump before he even had a case, then he tries to connect this to a felony false business records, it's a hail Mary, with the main goal of keeping Trump tied up in court and hoping all the jury members convict him. In legal circles no one would've pulled the stunt Bragg has pulled, it was a misdemeanor. It's a stunt by a far left lawyer and judge and they're hoping for a far left jury since the county is almost 90% Democrat. Compare it to Hillary that lied to congress, destroyed phones that were under subpoena and mishandled classified evidence. The political AG and FBI director Comey wouldn't prosecute this a major crime.
9ºDonna Marie the judge is in a tough spot. He wants to make sure that nothing will stick when Trump appeals this. So if he gives him fines when he makes his ruling, he's probably going to say if he keeps it up he might be incarcerated. But it will probably just be for the day in the holding cell that is right outside of the courtroom. And then if he actually puts him in jail overnight or for however many days, the judge doesn't have to worry about it being overturned on appeal, because of the number of chances that he gave Trump. I mean right after that hearing today Trump came out and tweeted twice. He flat out cannot control himself, he has the brain of an 8 year old. I think the Judge is just covering his bases. And I also think that the judge knows Trump actually wants to be incarcerated, because that will help him politically. But at some point, Trump's going to go too far, this trial is going to go on for weeks.
