Gary Stark actually no Democrats voted for the bill to close the border. Republicans even drafted the bill

Republicans then shot down the bill to close the border because Trump told them to
And the very next day Republicans passed billions of dollars to go to Ukraine.....

...... If Republicans want to help foreign allies.. I have no problem with that
But why did they vote down bills to help our veterans? To help our teachers? To rebuild our bridges and roads?
They even shoot down bills that will help our children and our schools...... And yet are constantly passing bills to help foreign countries.....

If Republicans could vote for us for once that would be nice

Tracy Bartholomew I agree. My niece has been teaching in NJ 10 years. She make $56 k. What other job has you working at home (no overtime) and buying supplies in which to do your job. Lets not mention the coats, backpacks, clothes and sometime shoes we give to kids. People have no clue. You could put the Best teacher from fancy suburbs and put thim in my school. They wouldnt last 2 week and then run for the door. saying. "I had no idea of the challenges. Dont get me wrong. Loved my job (most of the time) and most of the kids. :-)
