However I disagree that actions he took were crimes. My biggest concern and it should be for you also, is that our justice system is being used for election interference, to stop a political candidate and for political revenge. If this is allowed, as I stated, it will ruin the presidency and is a threat to democracy. You can be elated that this is happening to someone you politically don’t agree with and hate but don’t be ignorant to the fact that if it is allowed it will set a precedent that will be applied in the future to “your” guy, someone you politically align with. 9ºNo, Greg Force the things I listed are crimes, that's not debatable. A Jury will decide if tRump violated those laws. Trump's own lawyer admitted in SCOTUS arguments that these things were not official Presidential acts they were personal acts. Your point seems to be that tRump should be immune because future and former Presidents will all be prosecuted for political reasons... We have choice here, hold Presidents to the law or make them above the law, I say we rely on the courts and hold Presidents responsible if they commit crimes that are for personal gain and not official responsibilities.
