Tim Roffe no one is removing his name. (Colorado tried but failed). But...voters do have the right to know if they are putting a convicted criminal in the white house. It will be the Republican party that will need to make the decision of who ultimately will be on the ballot at the RNC. A (potentially) convicted Trump or someone else. But how things are going, Trump's name will be on the ballot. He may not be able to serve his term if his conviction equates prison time. But if you or I break the law, we won't be given an ounce of leniency that Trump has been given. He's being held accountable for his crimes. But even then he breaks the law willfully and nothing happens. Our judicial system is flawed because it should have blinders on no matter if you're rich/famous/elite/white/whatever - but it's not that way.
