Thame entire case is built on facts not in evidence, and the hope that a jury, all Dems, can be tricked into ignoring case law.
In the SCOTUS, it seems a ruling will note a need for some immunity, whereas the Biden DOJ sought zero presidential immunity for presidents once out of office. It might well get kicked back to the appealette courts to consider with that, leading to a likely return to the SCOTUS. Guess what that means for the trails???

5ºCheryl Rodriguez . Sorry. If you look at the numbers in the primaries, Trump didn't get many and all of his votes went toward Nikki Haley. Meaning Biden will collect her votes. You forget also he screwed up with his mouth back in Februrary when he said for Russia to hurt our alliances? Don't forget many Americans have extended family in Europe and will not vote for the fat idiot. Finally he wants to be president? His constant crying each day when he comes out of that courtroom is going to help Biden win. And the whole world is really paying attention to this case. How is he supposed to face the European Union Leaders if he were to be president? So, where’s the crime that Bragg can prosecute? The misdemeanors should’ve been prosecuted years ago, they’ve run out. If Bragg now thinks this was part of some FEDERAL crime, one that no federal agency to include the DOJ could ever find or even conceive of, why is Bragg allowed to even try to prosecute a Federal crime?

It's bad enough that he began his campaign for president by invoking a taken-out-of-context lie, one he, his sycophants, and the MSM maintain to this day. But it's indeed ironic that he'd occasion exactly the same kind of experience without having to take what he said out of context. He placed his foot firmly in his mouth, expressed his true feelings and views without any help from anybody. Biden was (and is) blatantly hypocritical. And he demonstrated he has a short-term memory problem.
Did the MSM report his slip (if it was indeed one), the expression of his actual take on the entire situation? Of course not. All they and his staff did was, I'll wager, cringe.
Trump's 'Bloodbath' comment was another example of Biden, the Democrats, and the MSM's attempt to twist the truth. And it continues to occur. The MSM is now attempting to equate Sleepy Joe's perpetual public speaking gaffes to Trump falling asleep in court.
The 'totally in the tank for the far Left, Biden, and Democrats' MSM will continue to perpetrate false narratives. What's saddest is that a large portion of the American citizenry will continue to believe it.

He said: Russian collision was a hoax. He was right.
He said: He could bring manufacturing back. He was right.
He said: If we build a wall and manage immigration it will create jobs. He was right.
He said: Joe and Hunter got rich off of shady corrupt deals with the Ukraine and China. He was right.
He said: new trade deals would be better for the people. He was
right.
He said: Moving the embassy to Jerusalem would be the right decision. He was right
He said: getting us out of un-winnable wars would create peace. He was right.
He said the Clintons were corrupt. He was right. And still are!
He said: locking up minority’s for decades for non violent offenses was wrong so he changed it. He was right.
He said: Jobs are worth way more than welfare so he gave the people jobs.

Anyone who wasn't then or isn't now suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome understands that the "very fine people on both sides" remark was not about people in the crowd who were a part of any violent hate group or movements. The remark was about those people who had legitimate arguments for and against the removal of Confederate Civil War-era commemorative statues.
