The laptop was proven real, no modifications. Mueller investigated Trump, not the laptop. The Mueller investigation showed NO collusion between Trump and Russia. Information on the Laptop has been verified by testimony, bank records, business records, and thousands of emails from the recipients. Passing a bill in a republican house, still needs to also be passed by a democratic senate and signed by a Democratic President. Democrats didn't support anything.
