As long as we give our money to other countries we will always be behind. As long as China can out price us and sell to our country we will continue to fall short financially. 2ºJames Shaw First of all I've been a Dem for over 52 years & lost any care for Biden when he got caught Plagiarizing Speech's & Lied about Education trying to Cheat his was into the Presidency while Campaigning in the late 1980's. I felt (as many did) he should have Resigned or been forced to Resign from Politics back them, but No we support people who Cheat & Lie which still goes on to this day, they are still worthy of your undying support !!! Secondly, our Country is based on Capitalism which is Private for Profit Businesses, when they make to much people call it "price gouging" & when they lose money (file for Bankruptcy) we call it Bad Business. Lets give Businesses Subsidies & Tax Incentives for 80 years & nobody blinks a eye or tried to end them. We have had high Inflation before even held our Presidents accountable for that along with Gas Prices & everything else. The government takes 1/3 of your income, tells lenders and borrowers what interest rates will be, tells employers how much h to pay, taxes capital gains, manipulates commodity prices, restricts production of necessary items through zoning and massive taxes (housing), regulates stock trading, and creates monopolies by overregulating amd overtaxing small businesses. Then they give away 400 billion to the giant computer chip manufacturers. The state doesn't do any of these things in a free market. They don't pick winners and Losers.
I wonder how record corporate profits are the gop fault while we had a dem president. The reality is the money supply has grown 26% under biden, and corporate profits are up 25%. So biden printed loads of money and handed it to the big corporations, and they then had record profits. Go look where the 2trillion "infrastructure" bill money went. 6ºActually gas prices are set to go up because Biden just enacted another executive order on fossil fuels just after a conservative judge blocked another one See Biden and Democrats don't understand the fossil fuel companies are privately owned, if they have been shorthanded or have to pay more than they put the costs on the consumer in raising fuel prices. Both individuals and businesses end up paying more Inflation goes up because of fuel costs that businesses that provide goods and services have to pay more.

10ºJames Shaw Here we go again making excuses for Biden, I know I'm getting old but I do remember that the Job of being our President is not Forced on anybody, people act like this Guy he had to take it. Incoming Presidents don't "inherit" anything, they of their own free will ask for it. It took the Man 32 years & 3 tries at it before his own Party gave him the Nomination, even his Party didn't want him. President Kennedy once said "Let us not seek the Republican answer or the Democratic answer but the right answer.
