I will grant that there are some members of the party who are terribly misguided, and they are speaking out in support of these punks, but the vast majority of Democrats are staunchly opposed to this behavior, and agree that anyone who breaks the law or violates campus rules should be arrested and/or expelled. For an additional taste of justice, their leaders should be deported to Gaza so they can see what life living under Hamas is really like. Wow, the LGBT folks will be in for a major shock when they find out they are subject to the death penalty under Hamas laws, just for being gay!

This is ridiculous. This is terrorism. Why are we even tolerating this? Breaking windows, cancelling school. Zip tying themselves to table??? Negotiating with them??? Is this not the USA? ZERO negotiation! Police? National guard? Taze them, lock them up, expel them, deport those on a visa, this is against so many laws! You cannot break into a building. Absolutely unimaginable that this is being tolerated !
I truly feel bad for the 99% of the other students that have paid for an education and are unable to continue. That is very sad. Complete disservice! Defund any university that tolerates this! Federal funding as well as private donors. Soooo mishandled

7ºBefore everyone gets all in a lather about the students protesting and storming into college buildings we should all pause for just a second and think about a couple things...
First of all, although college age, they are still young people.
And young people learn 5,000 times faster by what they SEE than what they're TOLD
And these young people saw a former U.S. President incite and instruct people, when they were not happy about something, to storm into govt. buildings violently and aggressively. And although some of those who did so are now incarcerated, the guy who led them to do it has yet to be held at all accountable for his role as leader of the pack.
These young people are, in fact, mimicking what they've observed.
If you want to be angry about these protests getting out of hand, be angry at the buttwipe who has shown them such behavior is just fine.

10ºI have a few questions, for everyone, I watched today in Morning Joe Congressman Jared Moskowitz and his Republican counterpart talk about conflating issues against Jews, I am 63 years old, I have seen Palestinians being jailed for suspicion, I have seen Palestinians people live with lack of basic services for decades, I have seen Palestinians be removed from their lands evicted and thrown to the streets.
Yet the only cry of false narrative is about anti semitism. Can somebody explain this to me. I have heard people trying to equate the response from the United States when we attack a nation vs the attacks of October 7th. And Israel response to it.
Here is the problem, everyone wants to be heard and have the reason on their case but no one does, I agree that Israel have the right of self defense, all of the events of Oct 7 24 were the same ones Isis inflicted on civilians and captured soldiers and are actions that are needed to be eradicated and defended against. That doesn’t give anyone the right to abuse of a people as a whole.
What do you think those people living in Gaza are going to turn to? They are going to be the enemies of Jews.
Why is it that for you to fight you need to flatten a block full of civilians that all they want is to live in peace, that use Solar power to make up for their daily harassment of power failures or water failures. Yes, Hamas needs to stop to exist but that is not a reason to keep destroying.
