1ºMedia coverage is needed in Stoddard County, Missouri where 4 minor siblings- 11 year old boy with Autism, 8 year old girl with frontal lobe epilepsy, 2 year old boy, and a 3 month old boy- were wrongfully taken from their school (older siblings) and home (younger siblings). They were taken 4-24-24. Court was the following day. The judge flat out said they are in no harm at home or with parents but that his ruling is to keep them in protective custody because it's easier and faster for a government agency to get her care for her epilepsy. No questions or concerns on the other 3 siblings, just the child with epilepsy who has an appointment set up in St. Louis for her condition on May 10, they basically told the family they were doing them a favor. I know this because they are MY children. Stoddard County 35th Circuit Court failed to provide any documents of any kind through this whole process- we dont even know our case number. They took our daughter to St. Louis friday and refused to say why and refused to let us speak with her though there is nothing saying we cannot and she has right too as do our boys. 4-29-24 we had CPS at our home to discuss visitation amd was told that she had been taken to the hospital because she had several seizures and they never told us. Our childrens rights as well as our own have been violated since the minute this began, the fact we technically went before a judge without knowing why because we were given no documents this should be thrown put. No lawyer in Missouri wants to take a case against this county, judge or cps. Families in Missouri have no hope when their justice system is as broken as Stoddard County clearly is. I have reached out to Governor Parsons, Senator Hawley, Senator Jason Bean, Representative Morse, the form they gave us at court has so many errors, the diagnosis of my daughter is inaccurate, her medication they have listed is inaccurate and if that is what they give her they will overdose her. They have not contacted her doctor or neurologist, nor her teacher or bus driver, all mandated reporters who have knowledge and established relationships with my daughter, who have seen her seizures and know how severe they can get, all of those people would have shed light. Children's Services is going through with false allegations and punishing a family for the lack of access to adequate medical care in the state of Missouri. My family has been through absolute hell this past year, I had a high risk pregnancy, my corrections Officer husband injured himself on the job and had to take 8 months fmla without income and had his workers comp denied so our taxes were garnished for our mortgage, on 4-20 on his way to work my husband got in a car accident and his truck rolled 5 times, he's lucky to be alive but now we have no vehicle and now our children have been taken and we don't know where they are, they tried to deny us witnesses at court, this needs to be made public. This County needs to be put under a microscope. Please, someone, anyone, help my kids come home.

2ºKaren Kohler Brinkmann I'm starting to lose hope that it can be helped. No lawyer wants to touch Stoddard County, what they are doing is medically kidnapping my daughter and taking my boys basically because they are vile human beings. School faculty and their friends/family have resorted to stalking and harassing me on TikTok and here, CPS is still having my kids go to the very school that made the false report, we haven't lost rights, they aren't legally able to make those decisions yet they are. How is it CPS is given basically the power of God, they are above everything and they abuse it. I want to know how my kids are, I want justice, I want reform, I want my kids home and unless I sell that very house I can't get a lawyer. My family won't help me get one, even if they did no lawyer seems willing to go up against the county
