Christopher Colorado You want to point your little finger at the illegal immigrants, then by all means put all the pertinent informative evidence into the hands of the investigators. Be sure to include what you know about the drug mixture of the drink given to her so that they can track that down too.

Pretty easy to single out those I-L's for every crime, simply because they happened to have been near-by. You may have a link to this case via the earlier jury, but you were not accepted and that rules you out, and it is easy to understand why. You have a problem of taking what you think, and making an investigation of that individual piece. The correct way is to take each individual piece pf evidence to see how, and even if, it is linked.. You have to take each piece of evidence, by it self, and investigating it on all aspects.

Marley Ali oh look, personal insults (an ad hominem attack), the hallmark of someone who is definitely confident they have valid argument, lol. Maybe you should pay more attention to the question, which wasn’t about who women would rather run from or be attacked by - the question is who women feel more comfortable simply being in the woods with. When 25% of women are sexually assaulted and 30% of women have been victims of domestic violence, pardon us if we don’t have an auto acceptance of most men, because clearly there is an enormous percentage of men committing these crimes.

Touch DNA: A Powerful Tool Needs Careful Use.

The Innocent Project Must Bring Light to this Problem. A case example:

Lukis Anderson's wrongful charge illustrates touch DNA's unreliability. His DNA, transferred via paramedics, led to his arrest for a crime he didn't commit. This case exemplifies the dangers of solely relying on DNA evidence, highlighting the need for comprehensive forensic analysis to prevent miscarriages of justice.

Touch DNA analysis, which uses genetic material from skin cells, is a valuable forensic technique. However, relying solely on touch DNA to convict someone has limitations. Here's why:

Transferability: Touch DNA can easily transfer from person to person or object to person through casual contact. This can lead to misleading results, especially if the crime scene has been touched by multiple people.

Contamination Risk: Improper collection or handling of evidence can introduce outside DNA, contaminating the sample and jeopardizing the accuracy of the test.

Partial Profiles: Touch DNA often yields partial profiles due to the limited amount of genetic material. While these can be helpful leads, they can be statistically less conclusive for identification purposes.

Therefore, using touch DNA alone, without other corroborating evidence, raises concerns. A strong case should ideally be supported by:

Witness testimony: Eyewitness accounts can provide a more direct link between a suspect and the crime.

Alibi verification: Confirming a suspect's whereabouts at the time of the crime can cast doubt on their involvement.

Physical evidence: Fingerprints, shoe prints, or other physical evidence can directly connect a suspect to the crime scene.

By combining touch DNA analysis with other forms of evidence, investigators can build a more comprehensive and reliable case. This helps to ensure that justice is served accurately.
