1ºThere were storms of a different kind, when Russia hit a Ukrainian military Head Quarters, responsible for commanding troops in the southern sector of the front. The military installation along with Ukrainian troops and hardware were hit and destroyed by combined air, missile and artillery precision strikes. Although Ukraine was using the center of the city of Odessa for cover, no civilian areas were hit. A news agency in Odessa reported three explosions; one particularly powerful, and that numerous reports are saying a pro-Russian resistance movement is active in at least several Ukrainian regions, gathering data and engaging in sabotage against Kiev military.
