In 1979, it seems that you were a good and beloved child and deserved this gift... Today I went with my children in the city of Aqaba/Jordan, where we live, to a used toys and books store, and we bought a nice story.
I was amazed and pleased at the same time to tell my children that you had received this book as a gift 45 years ago,,,
Will Jay read my post, recognize his gift, and let that take him back in time to those beautiful moments with his loved ones?...

2ºTom Rowe You're so ignorant it's not even funny. A. Nobody was ever in Gaza by choice, it was a power play by Israel after they stole their land. Every single person in Gaza is a hostage and has been for 75 years. They had no way of leaving. Also, Hamas was only voted for in 2006. That means that %75 of the population in Gaza has NEVER voted & therefore you cannot say they support Hamas with any factual support. B. Hamas was created A DECADE after Israel started occupying and stealing their land, Hamas was kids who grew up watching their homes, families, land, friends, etc. stolen, bombed and massacred.
3ºTheo Horesh Israel left Gaza in 2005 despite the security risk. Years of missiles, terror attacks and finally Oct 7 was the result of Israel's last attempt at compromise, of a step towards peace. I know that you all would have the tiny Jewish nation state of Israel gone, destroyed. Every Jew wiped out, from the river to the sea. We know. We understand. Just like the Nazis. Arguing with you is like trying to convince the SS. So we will keep defending ourselves and sometimes we will fight back harder than anyone can imagine, because we know firsthand what the "good, regular Germans" did back then, just like we know what people like yourself are capable of today . Nothing else to say.
4ºAnne Sportas Israel has admitted that the beheading of babies was propaganda. Pls fact check before spreading misinformation. This GENOCIDE has been going on for 75 years, since the first time Israel stole land & started murdering and kidnapping innocent Palestinians. Gaza was only even ever created as a power play, Hamas was created a decade after Israel started attacking them & was voted in as their only form of government in 2006 and there hasn't been a vote since meaning (because about %50 of gazans were under 18 before Israel murdered them) about %75 of Gazans NEVER EVEN VOTED for Hamas. Also, Hamas was created & funded by Israeli defenses.
5ºThe combatant-to-civilian death ratio in this war is unprecedented.
I’ll explain: The international media regularly quotes Hamas claims that around 32,000 people have been killed in Gaza. They of course do not differentiate between combatants and civilians.
If we are, for argument’s sake, going to accept Hamas numbers then we should also accept IDF numbers that the military has killed around 14,000 combatants (if you accept a terrorist’s numbers please have the decency to accept the democracy’s claims too).
With those numbers, the combatant-civilian death ratio in Gaza is about 1:1.3. In other words, for every combatant killed, around 1.3 civilians are killed.
Every loss of civilian life is tragic, but with this ratio, not only should Israel not be accused of genocide (that’s obvious), world leaders should be applauding the IDF’s precision-strike capabilities. As a point of reference, according to the UN, civilians usually make up around 90 percent of casualties in war. That’s a 1:9 ratio (one combatant for every nine civilians).
What is happening in Gaza is unique - it is a new form of warfare (urban setting, extensive use of human shields and massive tunnel infrastructure) and still the ratio is low.
What the IDF is doing will be studied by other militaries for decades to come. No other military in the world has ever achieved this.
