1ºYouth in this country really needs to start thinking about their own future and taking charge of it. They can make an impact , if they stop electing the same old corrupt politicians as their leaders. The infringement on our civil liberties is a clear indication that something different needs to be done in the american politics, and It is very scary when most of the congress is a bunch of morally bankrupt lobbyists working on the behalf of Israel or on their own agenda but not the American people or justice. Bernie and a few of them look to have some decency to make the difference between right and wrong. Their judgement is impeded by greed, power and money for their pockets. Our inflation is not only the result of corporate greed, but also the gov. is contributing to make it even worst as well. For instance, the streets, we are already paying taxes to upkeep, are being taken away from us and being used as parking garages. In 2016 when i parked on the streets with the park mobile, it was only $.75 per hour, and today it is $4.50 per hour to park in the same spot as 8 years ago. In my head , I am trying to figure out why it went up 6 times of the initial fee. Is it a supply and demand issues, or is it shortage issue? be mindful we already paid tax to take care of them. It looks to me those politicians are making it harder for the average people to have a decent living life, meanwhile, our tax money is being laundered to Israel and elsewhere where their citizens have free healthcare, free education, and better life. Killing the innocent Palestinians is immoral, and supporting such criminal activities is immoral as well. I think these students who want their voices to be heard need to do it smartly. Those heartless politicians can careless about your rights and the palestinians ‘ right to a peaceful life. They will give you a record where you would not be able to vote. 2ºJeffrey Branham Life is all about choices we make, beginning when were young. And, sure some good luck helps. But how it turns out is mostly about our choices. One of those big life choices is how many children we choose to have.
Everything is more expensive now, meaning it would be wise to stop having children you cannot afford to feed. Is that a difficult concept?
And all families (unless they were exceptionally well off) have almost always had a hard time financially if they had more kids than they could afford -- no matter what year it was. And we all know that inflation hits every so often. It always has and always will. We all know we can lose our jobs at least temporarily, which strains a family's finances in a big way. One is smart to be prepared for what the future might bring. One way to help control that is to not have a large family.
Have you noticed the world is overpopulated now? No one should be having more than one or two biological kids. If you are rich and can afford a bunch of kids, best to adopt kids who need a home.
I am a single woman in my late 70s who always lived within her means, giving me the ability to save and invest a little money along the way. I was a divorced mother with one daughter for several years. If I had had even one more child, things would have been more difficult financially for me -- even with child support.
With my social security, government pension, and my savings, I do not as a retiree need a part-time job. And I continue to live within my means and do not blow money on expensive things I do not need. I am healthy, not overweight and exercise regularly. Hopefully that will mean I will not need to spend a lot of money on health care. Of course I could get sick or be injured in an accident and perhaps wipe out my savings or have to sell my condo. I am not naive to think that something bad could never happen to me.
But if I am lucky and with the choices I have made, I will get through to the end with some money and a home to leave to my daughter and two grandkids.

So this $2 Trillion (a odd exact amount) you speak of, How Many Jobs do those Rich People-Corporations provide to American Citizens ? How much in Income Tax does the States & Governments get from these Employees ? How much in Property Taxes, Health Insurance, Liability Insurance etc are Rich-Corporations Paying ? How much in Sales Taxes does Governments get off of the Products they Provide ? The Employees from the Jobs these Corporations-Rich Provide buy homes, pay mortgages, property Taxes, Gas Taxes, Sales Tax etc. Do you also have all those numbers or just what Media outlets tells us.
6ºI'm guessing most of the families who have jobs but cannot afford to buy food have too many mouths to feed -- meaning too many kids. The people who can least afford them often have the biggest families. I have seen married couples who have a bunch of kids and no matter how poor they are, there is often a new baby in the arms or one on the way. Birth control is not that expensive. Using it would help their situation a LOT!
How many single mothers are out there with multiple children who have multiple deadbeat dads? Yes, they will have to go to foodbanks, along with taxpayer assistance for food and other necessities. Their choice to keep having kids is a poor one when birth control would be a wise decision.

8ºWelch Jodie Interesting that putin began amassing his military on the Ukraine border in December of 2020 right after the election. Biden is weak and our enemies know it. And how is that funding Iran going, relaxing sanctions against the largest state sponsor of terrorism? And how did that exit from Afganistan go? Left behind Americans, allies and 85 billion in top grade military equiptment which is now being used against Ukraine and Israel after being purchased by militant affiliated groups. Inflation has not stopped very many people from driving around in big, expensive, gas-guzzling SUVs and oversized trucks. Apparently, even in cities, people think they need an SUV to drive to the grocery store a mile or two away to buy eggs and bread with prices that have them (erroneously) upset with Biden.
Blame corporate greed for the rising costs of everything. They are the ones who are raking in huge profits and also raising prices -- not the president!

I agree with most of your concerns. They shouldn’t target those individuals who have nothing to do with the genocide of the Palestinian people, but at the same time victims shouldn’t put themselves in situation where there is a pro peaceful palestinian protest, then they come as counter protesters, and there is no such thing counter protesters. it is either they are antagonists or instigators, and therefore, they would open themselves to such attacks. When I said to stay outside to protest peacefully, I did not say to go attack Jewish students. By protesting peacefully on the streets means that they are not trespassing where the schools can call cops to arrest them for trespassing which is a crime, so it is a right our founding fathers fought for and died for, and unless it is taken away from us I can’t seem to see anything wrong with it. I can’t support racism in any shape or form because I am a victim as well, but I support the innocent palestinians to have a peaceful life with no threat.
