Geriatric Joe and the US constitution!.
There is high probability that Bidens health problems will lead to constitutional crisis in America.
Political crisis looming after next elections if Biden wins the presidency , why ?
Because
If Biden dies or resigns due to cognitive impairment, then according to the constitution of the united states
” Section 1

In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

Section 2

Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress. ” .

After the elections at least one chamber ( the senate ) will be under the republicans controll , in this case ” Acting president Harris ” will nominate the vice president , and there is no chance that republicans will vote for a woke vice president.
So we will have vice president vacancy.
Just imagine if during that vacancy something wrong happen to the ” acting president” ، the US will go into constitutional vacuum. Civil war will follow.
