Trump was no longer president and is only allowed to keep personal items.
Trump violated a subpoena.
There is no report of past presidents that have keeping government documents-your past actions of previous presidents works against your narrative.
The request was from the FBI when they came to pick up the few documents Trump disclosed, who had no knowledge of what Trump illegally withheld and did not have the authority to seize on site. Hence the subpoena-which he violated.

Trump on the other hand purposely refused to return docs when asked including after receiving a subpoena. 9ºVrae Biden had Documents for 7 years in multiple locations & according to him he “didn’t even know they were there” which means in fact People could have taken them anywhere, made copies & put them back or even kept some of them without him knowing. When Biden was asked about Trumps Documents (before he was found with them) he gave a whole speech about “being totally irresponsible & what data was leaked out” yet when he got caught he excuse was “I didn’t know” What happened to the Totally Irresponsible ?
